Biblical Counselling Equip – South Africa (BCE) exists to equip pastors, Christian workers, and congregation members in the effective use of the Bible to solve life’s problems. To achieve this goal, BCE employs the giftedness of the most trusted voices and resources available in the field of Biblical Counselling to equip the saints in the theologically accurate and practical use of Scripture. Our desire is to see God both allow and secure the homecoming of Biblical Counselling to Africa.

God made the church the pillar and support of the truth, therefore we believe He will raise up men and women who make themselves available to be equipped for work in the local church. Biblical Counselling Equip seeks to prepare these individuals in the context where they minister and encounter real-life situations.

The development of technology provides the opportunity to offer live virtual classes and provide discipleship material to Christians and churches in distant and remote locations throughout Africa. Biblical Counselling Equip collaborates with seminaries and theological colleges to reach and further equip pastors and Christian workers in Biblical counselling and discipleship training.

The various programmes will focus on equipping Christians in Biblical Counselling and discipleship essentials by introducing them to the foundations and methods of Biblical Counselling and discipleship as well as the theology of Biblical Counselling and discipleship in the context of Christian life issues. These classes will also cover such topics as marriage and family, common problems and their counselling procedures, counselling practicum, hermeneutics, and systematic theology.
